Issue: When using the button with the “Create PDF and save to column” action (condition: Status contains “Paid”), the PDF is generated and saved to the column, but the resulting file is essentially empty (887 bytes, no visible content either when opened or downloaded).
Checks already performed:
- The network call to
page-design-file/returns status 200 (not an API rate-limit error) - The Page Design itself works correctly: opening it manually in Full screen shows all data rendering properly
- The workaround of using Print → Save as PDF from the browser in Full screen does generate a PDF with full content
- This rules out a data or template configuration issue, and points to a failure in the server-side rendering engine when triggered via the button specifically
