I have a list of dates that I am moving to a second base via a common data set. However some of the dates are not matching up correctly, and have slipped a day. It is not consistent (it does not effect all records).

Exploring a little, we put the time in the field as well, and it seems that some of the dates are off by an hour, despite the fact there is no time information in the origin base.

In the below, the origin of the data is on the left, and the common data set is on the right

Could someone help explain why and/or help amend this?
