# How do I close my account?

It seems ridiculous, but I can’t seem to find where to delete my account in the cloud version.  
Any hints? I’ve been looking in the app, in the docs, in the forum. Thanks!

EDIT: Ok literally 10 seconds after posting I’ve discovered it when clicking on manage subscription. Previously I have stopped short 1 layer cause I expected the option to be there already. Well solved, thanks hah!

Click on your `Profile`, `Organization admin`, `Billing`, `Manage subscription`, CLICK on your subscription (even if it’s the `Team free` one), `Cancel subscription`, Confirm

Hey Markus,  
I know that the process of closing your account is not perfect. We are currently working on a new admin area which makes the administration of you account and subscription much more easier.
