Sadly we have this issue again… some people canot open the webform contrary to other without problem… and in our computers it is OK we are able to open the form.
We are still using the same form that in June (in the previous topic). But why now they are finally not working again?
For those ones, we use webform, (but we also have issues (most of the time the submission) with other forms inside an app so…) : it seems that it is like a global issues with several of our form in app and webform… and despite the fact that we ask to our beneficiaries to changes their browser and to try to switch from PC/OS to cellphone…. we don’t know what to say anymore…
and no our issues are multiple sometimes juste the form submission at the end and sometimes with “prefilled but mandatory” input fields it depends of our beneficiaries… it is random.
and I don’t have a screenshot of the issues because it’s our beneficiaries who have troubles during the filling while at our computers all our forms work…!
exept for us : we are using the browser Edge on PC, where all is working, contrary to other people which also tryied several browers as we adviced to them.
For exemaple, I also know that some people tried edge from their side and it doesn’t work and at another moment tried with a phone and it was working (after tree diferent phones!!!). It depend people phone or PC or OS …
From what you mentioned in your answer Webform validity, it seems you updated the new webforms. We are currently cleaning up our database and wanted to know whether this update also applies to older forms (created before June 2025).
If not, do we need to redo all of our forms to benefit from the update?
