Your Setup:
- SeaTable Cloud,
Describe the Problem/Error/Question:
For GS1 (international std) expiration date of batches, I need a date format at ‘YYMMDD’,
It does not exists in std , how can I create that in a table please ? (urgent)
You can create a date string in a fomula column.
(Not sure what std in your post refers to. I googled and I guess you do not refer to sexually transmitted diseases… ![]()
sorry ‘std’ means ‘standard’
so if I understand , I create a Date column “Expiration Date” to enable a user to choose his date from your calendar small widget , and I convert that column in a formula column ? But What would be the formula please ? from {Expiration Date} .. I do not know how to handle that .
datetimeFormat({DATE_COLUMN_NAME},"YYMMDD")
This should do the trick.
