User import not possible

Describe the Problem/Error/Question:

I tried to import user via Excel. I did not find any information about the structure of the Excel so I exported one and reused it for the new user. I let some fields empty (Benutzername, Genutzte Zeilen etc.). Additionally, I added a column “Passwort”.

Error Messages:

When I try to import it, I get the error message

Invalid email

I got this for all 5 user I want to add.

The emails are correct. I just copy and paste them.

How can I add user? Where do I find the help/information for this? Goolge and Seatable Forum only shows information about importing to a base or table but not for importing users.

You can download a sample file directly in the import dialog by clicking on “Download an example file”. (I agree, the UI is not ideal.)

Yes - it does not look like a link. It looks like a lable field.

I expected something in this dialouge, but I looked for a button - not for text.

Agreed! I created an internal ticket to optimize the design.

But the user import worked now?

Don’t know. I added the user manually and I have to test it later.
