Access denied File-Attachements in universal-app

Dear all,

I’m using Seatable now since a few moth and i’m pretty happy with it.

But now i face a problem which i cannot really understand.

I have a table with a few columns, one column is of type “file”, where i upload some *.pdf Documents.

So far so simple and good.

Now the behaviour in an universal app:
When i create a page from type “table” everthing works like expected and the *.pdf is shown.

But when i create a page “single entry” the field from the file column is unclickable.

Is this a bug or a feature ? :slight_smile:

Any workaround for that issue ?

There are some fields that are not yet clickable on the single record page. In addition to the file column, the URL and the email column are not as user friendly as they ought to be.

URL and email fields will be upgraded in SeaTable 5.2, to be released mid month.

With SeaTable 5.3, you’ll also be able to open PDF files from the single record page. Please be patient.

Quick update: SeaTable 5.3, which was rolled-out yesterday, makes files on the single record page clickable. Please check it out!
