Automated E-Invoicing (ZUGFeRD/Xrechnung) for Seatable – Looking for Pilot Users & Feedback

Hello everyone,
If you are doing business in Germany, you probably know the pain of the upcoming **XRechnung / ZUGFeRD e-invoicing mandates**.
I’ve been managing my business operations inside SeaTable and realized there wasn’t a seamless, secure way to transform table rows into compliant German e-invoices without using complex, expensive third-party tools. So, I built a tool to solve exactly this!

**How it works:**

  1. Connect your API token.
  2. Map your table columns to the required invoice fields (Buyer, Seller, Line items, etc.).
  3. Setup and trigger a Seatable automation and get fully validated, compliant **ZUGFeRD PDF** files ready to send.

** Data Privacy & Security First (Built for Germany):**
***Zero Data Retention:** We *never* store your invoice data on our servers. We just process and pass it.
***100% Hosted in Germany:** Fully GDPR (DSGVO) compliant servers.

** Join Our Pilot Program (Get Exclusive Early Bird Perks)**
The tool is currently in its pilot phase, and I am looking for early adopters to test it out, give feedback, and help me shape the roadmap via short surveys.

Here is a quick 1-minute video showing how it works: https://www.loom.com/share/19463ab942eb4997a284ca15acb95d0a

If you want to streamline your German e-invoicing directly from your Seatable database, drop a comment below or send an email to me ( contact@zevix.de ).

Would love to hear your thoughts and feature requests!

Hi @tuba, and welcome to the SeaTable community!

That’s a pity that you didn’t receive much answer: it looks amazing! Maybe @webdienste may be interested, I remembered he actually posted a thread and a feature request on this subject.

I don’t know if you plan to extend your application to other languages/countries, but electronic invoicing seems to have been (or is in the process of being) implemented for various EU countries.

Unfortunately, in France, electronic invoices must be transmitted via an approved platform :expressionless_face:.

Bests,
Benjamin

Hi @bha

Thank you for the warm welcome and for tagging the user!
The tool is actually built entirely on the EN 16931 standard, which means the underlying architecture is already compliant with the European e-invoicing framework. Supporting other EU countries—including France’s Factur-X format—is definitely on the roadmap.
I have a short workflow video and a setup guide ready. To ensure I can give close, one-on-one support and gather high-quality feedback to refine the tool, I am looking to onboard just a limited number of early testers for this first cohort.

If anyone interested, just reach out to me and I will help you build automation steps seamlessly. I would be really happy if I can help community to solve compliance or efficiency problems with invoicing.

Best regards

Tuba
