Base not opening ("server disconnected")

Your Setup:

  • SeaTable Self-Hosted
  • SeaTable Version: “6.0.10”

Describe the Problem/Error/Question:

Today, as I logged in to my Seatable, one of our bases stopped working. At first, I could open the base, but when I tried to edit a row, error messages started popping up that said things like “server disconnected. reconnected…” and the server could not be connected, the operation will finish later (can’t remember exact phrasing).

An hour or two later, it became impossible to open the base. When I click on it, it takes a long time to load, and then I get a blank white page with “server error” in red text.

I managed to duplicate the base, and the form for the original base appears to link to the copy of the base, but but I’d love to save the original base if possible.

Any fixes for saving the original base?

I’ve logged in from multiple computers - could that be causing an issue? I tried logging out of all computers but one.

Apologies if this has been solved before - couldn’t find a solution in FAQs or in the Forum!

apologies for the disruption.
We had a temporary issue on one of our backend nodes between midnight and 3am, which caused intermittent slowdowns and access errors for some bases. The root cause has been identified and resolved, and the system is running normally again.
