Describe the Problem/Error/Question:
Lookups do not always sort correctly. Currently, when you do a link formula and lookup a single select view in another table, the resulting column sorts alphabetically. Sorting this column should sort by the order of the options of the original single select field in the other table.
To Rephrase: A lookup of a single select should have the same sort behavior as the original single select.
Here I have my original table sorted by “Importance” where the rows sort correctly by the order of the single-select options.
Here I have my second table with links to the original table records. When I add a link formula lookup to “Importance” and sort by that, it incorrectly sorts A-Z.
