Create PDF and Save Button leads to “Row not found” error. It happens in different bases with different designs. The Open Plugin Button allows us to create the same PDF directly in the Page Designer, but takes more time as we need to download and reupload it.
This is a known issue.
The root cause is that you have maxed out your API limit. As a consequence, SeaTable blocks your atttempts to generate PDF documents server-side. The error message is misleading. It shouldn’t be “row not found” but “API limit exceeded”.
This will be fixed in the next update.
