Enterprise Automations capabilities

I am currently a SeaTable Plus user. I am considering upgrading to enterprise if that would allow me to do certain things. For example:

I would like to have a survey similar to that of google using SeaTable. Users answer questions in a form with certain questions/columns. At the end of the day pdf or png statistics of a certain survey are automatically created and send to me via email. Is that possible with the automations?

Currently I cannot export app statistics or base statistics as pdf and I can only export png for base statistics. But those lack visual quality, data and titles. Also without automations I would have to manually edit the filters in each of my statistics/diagrams to apply it to the right survey. I don’t think there is an option inside the universal app where I can query a certain survey and get statistics and diagrams for that? I believe that querying for certain data in the universal app only allows visualization as a table or single data entries. I am thinking about using the ‘plugin for customized reports’ to display my statistics and export them as a pdf but here I have the issue that I need to adjust the filters for each statistic/diagram each time, which is why I am interested in the automation via SeaTable Enterprise.

The perfect option for me would be to open an app select or query for a certain survey or date and get diagrams and statistics as a result that I can then export as pdf, either separately or the complete page.

Thank you for your help!!

I am not familiar with Google’s survey options, so I cannot compare Google’s to SeaTable’s capabilities. But what you want to do is definitely possible.

This is exactly what the report design plugin is for. Have you tried it?

Thank you for the reply. I haven’t tried it so far. But if that is one of its purposes I definitely will.

And am I right in assuming that the enterprise automation will allow me to create reports automatically for example at specific time intervals or after certain inputs and then send them to me via e-mail?

I suggest you request a free Enterprise trial and you give it a try!
