Error activation email

Started using the free version today
I have created a new user and the user received an activation email however upon clicking on the link, the user receives an error message : we have detected you are using an unrecognised IP address ….make sure to register the new IP address in this link : “ Brevo

I deleted the user and recreated it and now the activation mail never reaches
What could be the problem? and what is this brevo app?

Dear @Fadi,
I am sorry for this issue. Yesterday we implemented a new security feature of our SMTP-Relay (Brevo) and we make it to strict. After 30 minutes we detected our fault and fixed the issue.

In short: for 30 minutes, we disallowed to send any invitation email. Now it should work as usual.
Please try again and delete and recreate the desired team member. If no email arrives, please write a short email to support@seatable.io.
