How can I get webhook with raw data each time a row is added or form is submitted?

the link about webhooks is not available: https://seatable.io/en/docs/handbuch/expertenwissen/webhooks/

I see in API I can make webhooks but I don’t see how I choose the table that triggers it.

That’s looks great , but I have a problem -
I want to get data from a form.
The event of adding a row does triggers the webhook, but the “data” collection is empty!
So how can I get the data from the new raw created by the form?
@discobot can you help here?
