Is it possible to mask text fields content like password?

Hello SeaTeable Community,

I have seen there was a feature request with respect to masking passwords (or sensitive data) in a text field, respectively providing a dedicated field (see link below).
Since I cannot see such a field type I wonder whether it has been realized somehow. Or are there some known workarounds resp. good alternatives one could recommend?
