Make a field appear depending on linked column value in universal app

Hello,

I’m on Seatable Cloud.

I’m looking for a way, in a universal app form, to make a field appear depending on the value of a linked table column (which could be repeted on the table of the form with the lookup formula).

As well, it would be nice te be able to insert in a universal app form the value of a formula or lookup column, as an information for user.
