New employee is not selectable in linked field

Describe the Problem/Error/Question:

We recently added a new employee to our team. She has the same role as older employees. We have the same problem in both bases and apps.

There is a employee table, which lists all employees. She is part of this list. In the main table of the base, there is a link column to the employee column of the employee list. Whenever she is selected, this is not shown in the app, however, when you click onto the column again the entry is shown in the pop-up window.

What might issue this faulty behaviour?

Could you provide a screencast of the issue? I don’t really understand it. In the screencast, could you also juxtapose the observed behavior with the new user to the behavior observed with an “older” user?
