Describe the Problem/Error/Question:
We want to use SeaTable to send automation mail (expiry of a voucher) to customers.
So that the mail is then also stored in our CRM system, we want to store a fixed mail address in the bcc crm-ausgang@
We can configure our CRM so that the incoming mail is set up as inBox for this mailbox. As a result, these mails are read in as outgoing mails and assigned to all customer data records that are stored as ‘To’ mail addresses like normal outgoing mails and we have assigned them directly in our data record.
Is it also possible to populate a BCC field with a fixed value in the automation e-mail?
