SeaTable has no ability to NOT have the word "copy" inserted in a cell when duplicating a row

Your Setup:

  • Cloud

Describe the Problem/Error/Question:

When I duplicate a row SeaTable automatically inserts the word “copy” after the text in the first cell. Because I have sorting turned on, the row then is out of order and I have to scroll to it and manually delete the word “copy”. I could use a workaround by having a dummy first row but that is not the best method of course. Is there a way to turn off this behaviour? If not can it be a suggestion to the developers please? I’ve been using SeaTable only for about 2 hours and already this problem is frying my nerves because I copy rows all the time in my workflow; it’s a big time saver but with the inability to stop it from adding text into my cells it’s very inefficient.

Sorry, this behavior is hard coded and cannot be turned off.
