Send from shared mailbox not possible despite Mail.Send.Shared permission?

Hi everyone,

I’m using SeaTable Cloud with a Microsoft 365 email account connected via OAuth2. Sending emails via automation/button works fine, but always from my personal mailbox.

Mail.Send.Shared (delegated, admin-consented) is granted, in addition to Mail.Send, so SeaTable is requesting and receiving the permission needed to send as a shared mailbox. But I can’t find any “From” / “Send as” field in the email account settings to actually pick a shared mailbox as sender.

Is there a way to send from a shared mailbox in SeaTable Cloud, or is the permission currently requested but unused in the UI?

Currently shared mailbox of Microsoft 365 is not supported yet.

We have a plan to add the feature in the future.
