Single select option doesn't update after renaming

Hi,
I just discovered a bug that I was able to reproduce on both Cloud and self-hosted 5.1.9 enterprise edition:

  1. Imagine a single select column with an option A. If you access, via python lib or n8n integration, a row with this option, the result will display A correctly
  2. Now rename this A option to something else. When getting the same row, the result will still display A :frowning_face:

I have reproduced this issue and it will be fixed in the next version.
