Get email address from multiple collaborators and send email

Hi everyone,

I want to send out emails to the colleagues who are mentioned in the collaborator column. I have found this tutorial Tutorial: get email address from Creator/Collaborator/Last Modifier column which was helpful. However, this only works if there is only one person mentioned in the collaborator field. I was wondering if anyone has an idea how to get the email address of multiple people so I can send one email to all of them. I guess the addresses would have to be listed in one field, separated by commas, to use that field in an automation…

Any thoughts?

We are working on the topic. No promises, but we may introduce a new feature to the upcoming major release for your use case.

SeaTable 6.0 will support sending emails to users referred to in columns of type Collaborator, Creator and Last Modifier. Sending also works when these columns are used in a link formula column, such as lookups.

In short: Sending email to other SeaTable users, via button or automation, will very soon become a lot simpler.

That´s great. Currently I use formula columns to convert the lookup columns for E-Mail text
