Introduction of Team API Limits at SeaTable Cloud

As previously announced in the forum (see here and here), we have now activated the Team API limits in SeaTable Cloud after a two-week observation period.

The following limits are now in effect:

  • SeaTable Cloud Free: 3,000 API calls per month (total)
  • SeaTable Cloud Plus: 10,000 API calls per month per user
  • SeaTable Cloud Enterprise: 50,000 API calls per month per user

The limits are already reset on the first of the month.

Based on our data, less than 1% of users will be affected by these limits. For everyone else, there will be no noticeable changes.

meine Kundin ist von dem RateLimit 3000 auch betroffen. Wo kann ich denn erkennen, wann das Limit wieder zurück gesetzt wird?

Das Limit ist ein (Kalender-) Monatslimit. Es wird also jeweils zum 1. wieder zurückgesetzt.

Die aktuelle API Nutzung sieht der Team-Admin über das Avatarmenü.

Durch ein Upgrade auf das Plus oder Enterprise Abonnement kann das Limit unmittelbar angehoben werden.
