Move columns with the hide column feature

Hello,

I though the red lock on the table was preventing users to move columns around which is annoying for other users.
But I see that in the hide column feature, anyone (or at least the admin) can move the columns by holding the 6 dots and sliding the column wherever.
Is it a wished behaviour ? If so, how to prevent any user to change column order ?

I can reproduce the issue and created a request for a fix. This is obviously not the intended behavior.
