Single record page - Modify record - Linked Columns

I am making an app using the single record page, and have a couple questions.

Firstly, when using the “modify record” option, I am unable to link to existing records. Please see below. Is this a known issue, something that is being worked on?

Secondly, I seem to recall a forum where it was being discussed that the ability to edit in line on the record was coming, so you did not need to open the modify window (Similar to how Airtable works). Is this accurate and if so is there a timescale?

SeaTable 6.1, with a little luck released before the end of the year, will support the modification of linked columns on the single record page (as well as on calendar and timeline pages for that matter).

As for the inline editing on the single record page, there are no specific implementation plans for now. But stay tuned.
